He was recently spared a prison sentence following an assault charge last year.

The man who filed the lawsuit – Michael Ausbon – claims the altercation occurred during a basketball game at 24-Hour Fitness.
When Ausbon called a foul, Brown reportedly threatened physical violence and bragged about being a member of the Bloods street gang, according to TMZ.
Ausbon claims Brown and three members of his security detail then ran towards him, shouting, ‘If you f*** with Chris, you f*** with us.’
According to the website, the four men began to, ‘strike, punch, kick, pull and stomp Ausbon’s head and body.’
The man claims he had to go to the emergency room for his injuries. He also said the attack left him fearful, embarrassed, anxious and with PTSD.
A source close to Brown told TMZ the singer confirmed an ‘incident’ occurred but they claimed ‘no punches were thrown.’
Brown was spared a term behind bars earlier this month after a judge freed him on the condition he stays in rehab following an assault charge over an altercation with a man in Washington D.C last October.
Brown also remains on probation for his 2009 attack on his then-girlfriend Rihanna hours before the Grammy Awards.
He was ordered to return to court on February 28 to update the judge on his progress.
According to the evidence before the court, he has now completed 191 of 1,000 hours of community labour that were ordered after Judge Brandlin found the Grammy winner violated his probation after failing to exchange information properly after a car crash last year.
The lawman also said probation officials reported Brown ‘appears to have a more serious and responsible demeanour’ since checking into rehab.
