While his chrome plated car gets towed from sprawling gated home
His sprawling Calabasas home once again fell under the spotlight on Saturday when a custom two truck arrived at the multimillion dollar property to remove one of the fruits borne from Justin Bieber’s enormous success – a prized, chrome plated Fisker Karma.
The gleaming sports car was hard to miss as the tow truck upon which it sat peeled out of the exclusive gated community during another difficult 24-hours for the young hit-maker.
Justin is currently on the other side of the country in New Jersey ahead of the Super Bowl this Sunday, but while one of his vehicles was being towed the singer was reportedly being grilled by customs officials after jetting into the US from his native Canada.
Towed: Bieber’s Fisker Karma car was spotted being taken from his Calabasas home
According to TMZ he was pulled aside because of two pending criminal cases – the first for driving under the influence and resisting arrest in Miami, the second for allegedly assaulting a limo driver in Toronto
MailOnline have contacted the singer’s representatives for further comment.
It’s understood that Bieber, 19, was questioned for five hours before being released, while the private jet that flew him into the country was searched at New Jersey’s Teterboro Airport because it ‘smelled of marijuana.’
