Just days after Bobby Brown publicly accused him of ‘harming’ Bobbi Kristina Brown, these exclusive pictures show Nick Gordon looking tense and preoccupied.
Under the threat of a $40 million wrongful death civil lawsuit and with the criminal investigation into Bobbi Kristina’s death ongoing, this is the first time that Gordon has been seen since his visit to his late girlfriend’s graveside six weeks ago.
Pictures obtained by Daily Mail Online show Gordon looking fit and clean after his well publicized battle with drink and drugs, as he strolled in the late afternoon sunshine in the gated community in Florida where he lives with his 44-year-old mother, Michelle.

And there was a hint of a defiant mood as he seemed to kick back at his many detractors with his T-shirt featuring Bruce Lee and bearing the slogan ‘Fear is for Others.’
At times he put his hands on his hips and closed his eyes as he paced, deep in thought and seemingly with the weight of the world on his shoulders.
Last week a judge of Fulton Superior Court, Georgia, ordered the county medical examiner not to release the cause of death finding as he sealed the results of Bobbi Kristina’s autopsy.
Reacting to the news, Christopher Brown, Bobby Brown’s attorney welcomed the judge’s decision and said: ‘In regards to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon.’
For his part Bobbi Brown added: ‘I look forward to having the Court hear the evidence in the civil suit and hopefully the criminal action very soon.’
Now Daily Mail Online has learned that an arrest could be ‘imminent’ with charges due to be brought against Gordon ‘any day.’

Sources have told Daily Mail Online that cops could swoop on Gordon at any time.
Though he could legally be allowed to turn himself in when the warrant for his arrest is issued, Florida cops have told Daily Mail Online that, in such a high profile case, local police are unlikely to risk this.
According to one source: ‘In all likelihood it would be Seminole County that would make the arrest and when there’s a question of it coming from another state as this would it’s highly unlikely they’d trust him to turn himself in.’
The source continued: ‘It would be a minimum of two cars sent and more if they thought there was any question of him resisting.
‘And they wouldn’t just let him walk in and walk out – he would have to be processed through court and bailed or spend a night in the cells if it happened too late in the day for the court to sit.’
It is eight months since Bobbi Kristina – known as Krissi to her friends and family – was found face down and unresponsive in a bathtub in the Roswell, Georgia house she shared with 26-year-old Gordon.
She suffered massive brain damage and died six months later on July 26.

During the months in which she was in a medically induced coma Gordon was banned from her bedside by both the Brown and Houston family and he did not attend the funeral.
But on August 17 he made a pilgrimage to Bobbi Kristina’s graveside in Fairfield Cemetery in Westfield, New Jersey where she is buried alongside her mother, Whitney, who died in 2012 in eerily similar circumstances.
Ten days earlier, on August 7, Bobbi Kristina’s conservator Bedalia Hargrove filed an amended civil suit adding a wrongful death count against Gordon.
The suit accuses Gordon of ‘being out all night on a cocaine and drinking binge,’ and giving Bobbi Kristina a ‘toxic cocktail.’
According to the amended suit the mixture left her ‘unconscious’ and he’ then put her face down in a tub of cold water, causing her to suffer brain damage.’

Gordon initially moved to have the civil case dismissed, but on September 9, the very day he was due to be deposed, he withdrew his action.
Speaking on Gordon’s move, Bobby Brown’s attorney, Christopher Brown said: ‘The Motion was frivolous and instead of having it heard by the Court he has chosen to withdraw the Motion, ending that matter so that he could avoid having to give his deposition which was scheduled for the day he withdrew the Motion.
‘Mr Gordon will now have to give his deposition under oath.’
He continued: ‘I am not shocked at the withdrawal, as we must keep in mind that Gordon filed a lawsuit to remove Bobby Brown as Bobbi Kristina’s guardian only to withdraw that lawsuit… once he was served with a deposition notice.’
Gordon is also being sued for stealing from Bobbi Kristina and withdrawing tens of thousands of dollars from her accounts.
When approached for comment a spokesperson for Fulton County District Attorney’s office told Daily Mail Online: ‘The case remains open and under investigation.’
