Beyonce reveals giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy was her biggest accomplishment
She is an icon whose music will go down in pop history but no amount of number ones will ever compare to motherhood.
Beyonce has named her daughter Blue Ivy as her greatest very accomplishment in a new interview.
The 34-year-old star sat down with with Garage magazine to talk about everything from motherhood to being a boss.

The singer – who stars on the cover – made it clear that her professional achievements will never compare to bringing the four-year-old into this world.
She told Garage: ‘Out of everything I’ve accomplished, my proudest moment, hands-down, was when I gave birth to my daughter, Blue.’
The star also credited her own mother Tina Knowles for helping her become the woman and the mom that she is.
‘My biggest hero is and always will be my mother. She has taught me about caring for others, working hard and working smart,’ the pop star told Garage magazine.

‘Everything I know about being a mother comes from the examples she has shown. My mother has instilled confidence in my sister and me and taught us to always be grateful.’
The star also encourage other young women to look to the world’s greatest female leaders and try to better themselves.
Speaking about what people should read, the Formation singer said: ‘I would love for my younger fans to read What Will It Take To Make a Woman President? by Marianne Schnall. It’s a collection of interviews and essays by great women, including Maya Angelou, Gloria Steinem, and Melissa Etheridge. They will inspire you to become a better leader.’

Of course, Queen B is a leader as well and said being a boss is about staying focused.
‘Over time, I have learned to focus on the things I want to focus on in the time frame that I set.
‘I no longer have to work based on someone else’s expectations or pressure. I put enough pressure on myself! I love being 100 per cent involved with all my projects and now I’m fortunate enough to do that.’
