Justin Timberlake makes a date with bestie Aaron Paul to hangout and eat junk food
Justin Timberlake and Aaron Paul can’t be beat when it comes to their bromance.
The 20/20 Experience singer let his feelings for the Breaking Bad actor known – and vice versa – as they made plans to grab pizza during a friendly chat on Twitter on Thursday.
When their banter drew some criticism for promoting fast food chain Chick-fil-A, Justin defended the bromance by writing: ‘Two grown men can’t talk about pizza via twitter?? Are you American?’
Bromance: Justin Timberlake made plans to hangout and eat pizza with Aaron Paul during a friendly Twitter chat on Thursday; Justin was pictured on January 8 and Aaron was attending an event in London on May 18
Justin, 33, who is wed to actress Jessica Biel, began the chat by tweeting about Aaron’s character from the AMC series that ended its five-season run last September.
‘Question: Does anyone else legitimately miss Walter White and Jesse Pinkman? It can’t just be me, right?’ Timberlake wrote.
Aaron, 34, who celebrated his first wedding anniversary with wife Lauren Parsekian on May 26, quickly responded to Justin with a tweet of his own.
Missing you: Justin started the Twitter conversation by asking if anyone really missed Breaking Bad’s Jesse and Aaron quipped back, ‘I miss you too man. We should hangout and eat some pizza’
What’s not to love: Justin defended his bromance with Aaron by tweeting, ‘Two men can’t talk about pizza via Twitter?’; the actor, pictured March 26, whetted Aaron’s appetite by posting a video of a pizza being made
‘I miss you too man,’ Aaron wrote, adding: ‘We should hangout and eat some pizza.’
Justin obvously liked that idea and soon posted a Vine video of a pizza being prepared with yellow sauce, white cheese, crispy waffle fries and fried chicken from Chick-fil-A.
‘Can I be honest? I think I may love that pizza in an emotional way,’ Aaron tweeted back with good humour.
Mr. and Mrs. Fabulous: The SexyBack singer is wed to actress Jessica Biel who accompanied him to the GQ Men Of The Year dinner last November
The SexyBack crooner replied: ‘Right?? It’s criminal. #Pizza4Ever.’
Many of Justin’s followers chimed in to say they were hungry for pizza, but not everyone appreciated the Chick-fil-A reference.
‘Call me a cynic, but smells like paid tweets,’ complained one follower.
Before there were Justin and Aaron, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon topped the bromance list along with Brad Pitt and George Clooney, Tobey Maguire and Leonardo DiCaprio, and Zach Braff and Donald Faison.
Happy Anniversary: Aaron celebrated one year of marriage with wife Lauren Parsekian last month; the couple was pictured on May 10 at an event in Malibu
